Gated logistics yard at dusk with trailers at dock doors
Short-term logistics landing site

When the move breaks, land it here.

We are the relief yard between carriers, drivers, shippers, and receivers. Drop freight for a clean handoff, hold it for a few days, and keep the rest of the supply chain moving.

What we do

A transfer station, not a long-term warehouse.

Most 3PLs want a contract and a forecast. We exist for the moment the plan changes: a driver who cannot finish the run, a carrier swap mid-lane, a shipper who needs a safe place to set product down, or a few extra days of space.

Logistics relief & driver switch

When a load needs a new driver, a new carrier, or a clean trailer swap, we give both sides a controlled place to meet.

  • Mid-route driver change
  • Carrier-to-carrier transfer
  • Dropped trailer holding

Product landing & pickup

Shippers drop goods. Receivers pick them up. We hold the freight in between so the handoff does not live on a street corner or a parking lot.

  • Shipper drop / receiver pickup
  • Staged commercial handoff
  • Counted, labeled, released

Short-term overflow storage

Need a few days or a couple of weeks while the next truck, customer, or warehouse catches up? Hold it here without signing a year-long lease.

  • Flexible short terms
  • Clear in / clear out
How a landing works

Four steps. No long onboarding.

We keep the process operational. You request a window, we confirm space, freight checks in, freight checks out.

Request a slot

Tell us inbound time, freight type, how long it needs to sit, and who is authorized to pick it up.

Confirm the window

We check yard and dock availability and send intake instructions. After-hours moves can be arranged.

Land the freight

Inbound checks in. We record count, condition notes, and custody. Product is staged or the trailer is dropped.

Release on pickup

Authorized outbound arrives. We match ID / paperwork, release the freight, and close the ticket.

Who uses the yard

Built for the messy middle of a move.

If your freight is fine but the people or the plan around it changed, this is the facility designed for that gap.

Shippers

Hold a load for a few days instead of paying detention or missing a delivery window.

Carriers & drivers

Swap power units, drop a trailer, or hand a load to the next driver without improvising in a lot.

Brokers

Give both carriers a neutral, documented meeting point when a lane has to be recovered.

Shippers & receivers

Stage product for a commercial pickup so the handoff does not depend on anyone’s driveway.

Common questions

Straight answers before you roll in.

Are you a full-service 3PL or fulfillment warehouse?

No. We do not run pick-and-pack programs, monthly reserved square footage, or long-term inventory programs. We land freight, hold it for a short window, and release it cleanly.

How short is “short-term”?

Typical dwell is same-day to a few weeks. If a load needs to sit longer, we can discuss it — but the yard is designed for turnover, not permanent storage.

Can a shipper drop product for a receiver to pick up later?

Yes. That is one of the core uses of the site. We document who dropped it, what arrived, and who is authorized to take it.

Do you publish the yard address and phone on this site?

Not on the public site. Intake is requested first so we can confirm space, freight type, and authorized parties before sharing access details.

What freight do you accept?

General dry freight, palletized goods, and standard trailers are the baseline. Hazardous, high-value specialized, temperature-controlled, or oversized freight is reviewed case by case before a slot is confirmed.
