Services

Three ways freight lands here.

Relief transfers, commercial product handoffs, and short overflow holds. Same yard, same intake process, different reason the load needed a place to stop.

Tractor swap in the transfer yard
01 — Relief

Driver change & carrier switch

Companies hit hours-of-service limits, equipment failures, or a last-minute carrier change. The load is still good. The people moving it are not. We give both sides a controlled yard instead of a shoulder, a big-box parking lot, or an unsecured drop.

  • Live driver-to-driver handoff
  • Power-unit swap on a dropped trailer
  • Carrier-to-carrier transfer with documented custody
  • Short trailer holding until the next tractor arrives

Tell us who is inbound, who is authorized outbound, and whether the freight stays in the trailer or needs to come off the floor.

Staged pallets ready for receiver pickup
02 — Landing

Product drop and pickup

Sometimes the party is not a freight company. A shipper needs a professional place to set product down. A receiver needs a clean window to collect it. We act as the landing site so the handoff does not depend on someone’s warehouse access, a residential street, or an informal lot.

  • Shipper drop with count and condition notes
  • Held until the named receiver or carrier arrives
  • Release against the authorization you give us
  • Useful for one-off lots, short overflow, or a mid-move transfer

This is not retail will-call and not a public storage locker. It is a commercial handoff with a paper trail.

Short-term overflow storage aisle
03 — Overflow

Short-term overflow storage

A warehouse is full. A customer delayed receiving. A trailer arrived early. You need square footage or a trailer spot for days or a couple of weeks — not a 12-month lease. That is overflow, and it is a core use of the station.

  • Palletized indoor hold
  • Dropped trailer / yard spot
  • Flexible dwell with a clear out date
  • No long-term reserved space program

If the freight starts looking like ongoing inventory storage, we will say so. The yard works because loads turn.

What we typically handle

Scope at a glance

These ranges help you decide whether to request a slot. Final acceptance is always confirmed against the actual freight and timing.

Need Typical fit Usually not a fit
Dwell time Hours to a few weeks Open-ended monthly storage programs
Freight type Dry, palletized, standard trailers Unreviewed hazmat, live animals, loose bulk
Handoff Named inbound and outbound parties Anonymous drop with no release authority
Work on freight Receive, stage, hold, release Kitting, pick/pack, returns processing
Access Scheduled windows; after-hours by arrangement Unscheduled 24/7 public gate traffic

Pricing is quoted per move after we see freight type, piece count or trailer status, and expected dwell. We do not publish a rate card because a two-hour driver swap and a two-week pallet hold are not the same job.
